Featured Partner Terms

Program and price
A Featured Partner purchase covers one approved business location for one year at $30. The fee is prepaid, does not automatically recur, and is charged through Stripe Checkout. Each additional location requires its own submission and one-year placement.
Application, screening, and activation
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. We may screen business identity, category, location, public website, description, and content. Stripe payment alone does not activate a listing; activation occurs only after our server receives and validates the authoritative payment event and the listing remains eligible.
Placement and performance
Approved listings appear in clearly labeled Featured Partner areas relevant to the submitted city and may include business name, category, description, image, and a website link. Placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, bookings, search ranking, itinerary inclusion, or revenue. We may change site layout and placement inventory while preserving the disclosure.
Expiration, renewal, and removal
Placement expires after one year unless the advertiser completes an optional renewal. Renewal is a new prepaid purchase, not automatic billing. We may expire or remove a listing for prohibited content, misleading information, business closure, payment reversal, fraud, legal request, or material breach. We may ask an advertiser to correct information.
Declines, refunds, and payment disputes
If a submission is declined before activation, we will issue a refund according to the payment record and applicable law. Contact support@yourtrippilot.com with listing or payment questions. Unauthorized charge claims should also be raised with Stripe or the relevant payment method provider. We do not promise a refund for a period in which an approved listing was available, except where required by law or separately agreed.
Advertiser promises
You confirm that you have authority to submit the business, that the information and images are accurate and lawful, and that your listing does not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for your website, offers, prices, availability, licenses, taxes, customer service, and compliance with applicable advertising laws.
