What YourTripPilot is

YourTripPilot provides free travel planning, inspiration, itinerary organization, and optional travel-organization services. We are not a travel agency, airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, emergency responder, or party to third-party bookings.

Travel information and third-party providers

Plans, estimates, schedules, activity ideas, and destination guidance are starting points. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify prices, availability, operating hours, accessibility, age restrictions, entry requirements, weather, safety guidance, transportation, and cancellation rules directly with the relevant provider or authority before relying on them.

When you follow a booking or affiliate link, the third party controls the transaction and its terms. We do not guarantee a provider’s price, availability, quality, safety, or refund.

TripPilot+ monitoring is not guaranteed

TripPilot+ monitoring data, forecasts, statuses, provider feeds, and alerts are not guaranteed. They may be delayed, incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or inaccurate, and a monitor may miss a change or send information after conditions have changed. YourTripPilot is not responsible for inaccurate information, missed or late alerts, travel disruption, or decisions made from monitoring data. Verify important details directly with airlines, airports, transportation providers, hotels, border or government authorities, and other official sources before traveling or changing your plans.

Legacy TripShield records

TripShield records and member workspaces created before the service was retired remain subject to applicable data, access, and deletion terms. TripShield was not travel insurance, an assistance plan, a claims administrator, or a guarantee of reimbursement, rescue, coverage, or a provider outcome. New TripShield workspaces are not available.

Featured Partner advertising

Featured Partner is separate from organic recommendations. Listings are screened, clearly labeled as paid placements, and may be declined, expired, or removed under the Featured Partner Terms. Payment does not guarantee traffic, bookings, ranking, or revenue.

Acceptable use and liability

Do not misuse the service, submit unlawful or deceptive content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or use generated content as a substitute for professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourTripPilot is not liable for third-party services, travel disruption, inaccurate recommendations, or decisions made from generated content. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
